Timey
Silentfeather charged out of camp in rage. He'd gotten into a fight with one of his 'friends' after they wouldn't leave him alone about who he was into. He heard them calling out to him so he ran to the shadowclan border expecting no cat to be there. Sitting on the ground he began to drag his claws through the ground.
Dustclaw had merely been out and about on a lone walk, just to get away from the dozens of kits who favored him when their mothers were tired. He had been approaching the border when he scented Thunderclan. His fur pricked up, but flattened back down when he recognized the warrior. "Silentfeather?".. They approached him slowly, but with no caution. He knew the Thunderclanner, from many coincidental border patrols, or when prey would jump to the other side. "What are you doing out here?"
Silentfeather looked up and noticed it was Dustclaw of shadowclan. He sighed quietly and sheathed his claws "Nothing really, out for a walk." He said even though his tone and the look in his eyes gave away the fact that he was mad.
Dustclaw raised his eyebrows suspiciously. "You're lying." He proclaimed nonchalantly, and sat himself right in front of Silentfeather, on his side of the border. "Now look, whatever happened couldn't have been that horrible. Who made you angry?"
He sighed, Dustclaw had been good at reading his emotions "My so called friend wouldn't leave me alone if I was into someone and then started laughing at me saying 'are you into a tom!' So I got mad and ran out of camp." He said slowly.
"What kind of friend treats his friend like that?" Dustclaw commented distastefully. "One should let their friend open up in their own time. And I don't see anything wrong with liking toms. As you know, I am no judge of gender, I focus on character.."
Silentfeather smiled and looked at Dustclaw, "Thanks." He said with a shy smile, "I barely know you but you seem like a great cat."
Dustclaw returned the smile, hopes risen now that the tom's spirits had been lifted. "Thank you, it brings me happiness to hear that. I wouldn't mind knowing you better, you seem like someone who just needs a cat to talk to."
